Interact Club is a schooled based club and we have one established at Jimboomba’s Hills International College. They are designed to connect school and students to the needs of the community by bringing together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of Service Above Self.
Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) is a weekend residential experience for youth aged 14-16 years designed to develop skills that will assist them in the transition to adulthood. Participants are involved in a variety of workshops and activities, which provide an opportunity for them to personally develop, gain self confidence, communication skills, challenge themselves, build friendships, and develop life skills
The Rotary Youth Transition Seminar (RYTS) is designed for young people aged 16-18 years of age (year 11 and 12 students). It is a 6 day personal development and leadership program (camp style) structured so to develop their leadership, interpersonal and practical life skills. Participants will hear from inspiring guest speakers and participate in activities that will challenge them on many different levels.
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership program for young people 13-30 who have usually been through one of our youth programs. It is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.

The National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) Year 12 Program is designed to give students a broader understanding of the diverse study and career options available in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and to encourage them to continue their studies in these fields. At the NYSF Year 12 Program run in January each year, participants will:
NYSF is a program dedicated to exposing outstanding year 11 students who are thinking about a career in science and engineering and related disciplines to major scientific institutions and researchers, so that they may make more informed choices for their future.
They are also given training in time management, interview skills and public speaking. The Forum is fully residential and takes place during January in Canberra and Brisbane. All activities are fully supervised by student staff and resident Rotary counselors.
